  • Respond to your registration of interest in the Founding Cohort
  • Contact you about the NTTSB Learning Community and the Masterclass Journey
  • Assess and manage cohort registrations and communicate with participating organisations
  • Keep you informed about NTTSB where you have asked us to

Our legal basis

We process your personal information on the basis of your consent, given when you submit your details, and/or our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and managing the Founding Cohort. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

Who we share it with

Your information is handled by NTTSB and the members of the Founding Collective for the purposes described above. We use trusted third-party service providers to help us operate, including our customer relationship and website platform, Freedom Business Platform (built on GoHighLevel), which stores and processes registration data on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

International transfers

Some of our service providers, including our website and customer relationship platform, may store or process data on servers located outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we take steps to ensure it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent measures, in line with UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to manage the Founding Cohort and to fulfil the purposes set out in this policy, or until you ask us to remove it.
